I understand that as a member in good standing of Michigan Music Association, I must comply with all policies approved by the organization and to abide by the Constitution and Bylaws set forth by Michigan Music Association. Membership dues are $40.00 per year. Membership dues for the current year must accompany this application. Membership renewals are due December 1st of each year. Dues after December 1st, $50.00 except new teachers A value is required.
